We’ve started reviewing portfolios on behalf of property managers, using Energy Performance Certificates as a proxy (albeit an imperfect one) for energy efficiency.

This is the summary from a report we have just produced for a new client.

The good news is that this portfolio has potential for much higher energy efficiency (and lower ‘operating emissions’) than it currently has!
